These instructions are in a format that you can print out with your computer's printer.  We use the PDF file format which can be opened using the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  This is a very common and free program which many web sites are using to make documents easy to share and read.  You may already have the Acrobat Reader on your computer, if not you can click here for the free download.
