How to Register for a Mystery Quiltaway

Your Mystery Quiltaway Weekend includes 2 nights in the Bed and Breakfast; Friday night dinner; Saturday breakfast and lunch; Sunday Brunch and snacks. You also will get all clues and instruction to solve the Mystery Quilt.

To register choose the date for your Quiltaway. Be sure to check the availability for your choice on the Home page of the web site.  You may want to round up a few friends or come as an individual and make new friends at the Quiltaway.

Please click below to print out the registration form and send a $50.00 deposit to the address on the form.  The balance is due 30 days prior to your weekend.

If you are coming with friends please indicate that on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Your $50.00 deposit guarantees your space and is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before the Quiltaway. If you decide to cancel more than 30 days before your Quiltaway you will be refunded all money paid, minus the deposit. For a cancellation less than 30 days before your Quiltaway, we will attempt to fill your spot on the Quiltaway. If your spot is filled you will be refunded all money paid, minus the deposit.

The cost for the Mystery Quiltaway in 2010 is $230.00.

Reserving the Entire Quiltaway

Some groups may want to reserve the entire Quiltaway Weekend. We are pleased to have you. The group size is minimum of 9 up to a maximum of 12. You will be responsible for payment for 9, whether that many attend or not. If someone drops out, you will need to fill her spot or prorate the cost among the remaining participants. You must choose one of your members to be the single point of contact for us. At the time of registration the contact person should collect registration forms and deposits from the members and send them in together. The minimum of 9 guests is required. We will not be able to hold the entire weekend for you until we have forms and deposits for 9. The members may send their balances directly to us with a due date 30 days prior to the Quiltaway Weekend. If there are any cancellations among the members, the contact person is responsible to find a replacement, make up the difference in cost or hold the canceling member to her commitment.
